In December of 2000, Allan began to map out the concept for the Production Wizard™ with Robert Shaw, President of Data On The Web --
a development leader specializing in designing, implementing, and managing substantial website-integrated databases. On January 2nd of 2001,
they launched On-Hold Media Group's Production Wizard™.
Since that beginning in 2001 secured our leadership position in the on-hold industry, our teamwork approach has resulted in continual
enhancements and upgrades. The initial Production Wizard™ single-production tool evolved into today’s Shuffle3™ system, which
accommodates multiple, scheduled productions up to six months in the future, derived from user-created playlists.
Skilled veterans from the technology, broadcasting and advertising industries maintain this focus on the customer experience, applying
